1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at bhteksolution@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been processed or shipped.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
After Shipment:
- Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund as per the terms below.
2. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Used, damaged, or altered items not caused by shipping.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Digital/downloadable products.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the case.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
